MPH Trailer 30XL with bale side supports was delivered to a horse farm customer. The farm uses about 200 bales in a year and the farm host retrieves bales from another farm 40 km away.

There is a lot of other traffic on the route, e.g. heavy traffic due to the industry in the area. Our customer appreciates the safety in traffic brought by MPH Trailer 30XL with the bale side supports, because it is important for him to pay attention to others.

MPH Trailer 30XL is a multifunctional trailer that our customers fell in love with. He is able to move the farm’s earthmoving machines, which is the normal use of the trailer. More accessories will also be available for the same trailer in the future – this accessory can also be delivered and assembled afterwards.

MPH Trailer 30XL is quite long – loading length of 9.7 m. Our customer wanted to lift the front and rear axles, because then the empty trailer can be turned in a small space. Agile feature in a long and sturdy product.

MPH Trailer 30 has been used to transport heavy machinery such as mulchers and excavators. Also concrete elements. The longer model, MPH Trailer 30 XL, 33 pieces of fertilizer bags were transported a distance of about 50 km. The weight of one sack was 700 kg.

MPH Trailer 30 and 30XL are now available with Hydraulic Bale Side Supports. When using Hydraulic Bale Side Supports, there is no need to tie the load with cloths. Hydraulic Bale Side Supports are adjustable, so the bale diameter can vary. When the bales are loaded to MPH Trailer 30 or 30XL, Hydraulic Bale Side Support can be raised up and this makes the loading very easy to do. Once the bales are loaded, Hydraulic Bale Side Supports are lowered and they compress the load tightly.

The optional 1.4 m triangle platform is not needed at the rear end of MPH Trailer, as Hydraulic Bale Side Supports structure replaces the triangle platform. The pallet length of the MPH Trailer 30 with Hydraulic Bale Side Supports is 8.2 m and in the 30XL 9.7 m. For example,  MPH Trailer 30XL can carry 28 feed bales when the bale diameter is 1.25 m and it weighs max. 800 kg.

Hydraulic Bale Side Supports are available as retrofitted for the already delivered MPH Tralier 30 and 30XL.

Hydraulic Bale Side Supports as an accessory will be launched in the summer of 2020 and MPH Products will be sold by Lantmännen Agro retailers in Finland.
