Metallipalvelu Hartikainen

In addition to a wide range of engineering works and steel construction services, the company designs, manufactures and sells a range of contracting products for contractors and agriculture. We also takes care of overall project management and installation services for steel structure projects.

With the strength and professionalism of around 30 efficient metalworkers, we ensure the reliability of our operations. Investments in modern production machinery and personnel training guarantee the quality of our products and services. Our modern and spacious production facilities enable us to carry out even large projects with high quality.

        • for the manufacture of Rajax boundary markers for land parcelling.

Activites

Metallipalvelu Hartikainen is a group company of Tampere Konepajat Oy.

Metallipalvelu Hartikainen manufacturing includes material pre-treatment including plasma cutting. Welding is carried out in the company's 2000 m2 production facilities with a total lifting capacity of 20 tonnes.

The assembly of the actual own products and larger structures is carried out in the 850 m2 upper production facility. The upper production facility has a lifting capacity of 15 tonnes and space for large assemblies.
The new facilities in the upper hall include a surface treatment line, which can wet paint up to 5.5x15x4 m units.

Quality

Metallipalvelu Hartikainen Oy operates in accordance with ISO 9001 standard, whereby agreed quality policies and objectives are developed, documented and acted upon together. ISO9001 standard guides our operations throughout the supply chain.
Metallipalvelu Hartikainen Oy's management systems are certified. Our special expertise in certified control systems is reflected, for example, in EN1090-1 certificate for structures. Metallipalvelu Hartikainen carries out site installations for the construction industry, where we have supplied EN1090-1 EXC-1, EXC-2 and EXC-3 compliant structures. We are qualified by FISE to be the installation supervisor of a demanding steel structure and the supervisor of a fabrication class 2 steel structure.
